After a decade of writing and publishing books, Katy started Cozy Books Corner, a subscription book box for mystery readers. She began with cozy mysteries, then branched out into true crime reads, and later added mystery/thriller books. But having been a romance author once upon a time, when the opportunity came up to purchase the paranormal romance “Bite Me Box”, she jumped at the chance. A dark romance box soon joined the mix and Romance Books Corner was born.
A lifelong reader who is obsessed with audio books, Katy’s mission is to provide book lovers with the coziest reading experience possible and to foster a vibrant community that brings people together to celebrate the love of books.

A former professor who has taught classes on vampire fiction, Alisha has been curating for Bite Me Box since 2022. Her job is equal parts book matchmaker and experience designer. For her, books aren’t just products—they’re connections.
Endlessly fascinated by how supernatural stories reflect the best and worst parts of being human, for Alisha managing romance book boxes is a dream come true. For over a decade she wanted to build a box that celebrates fantasy, romance, and the readers who devour them. Now she gets to do exactly that.
